Terms of Agreement

This is an agreement between Sarah Dickson and you, (Client), for coaching services.

Services

The model of coaching I offer is co-active coaching which is founded on interactive participation and collaboration. We will engage in very direct personal and work related conversations. Coaching is not therapy but there may be mentoring and information given, as requested or as deemed appropriate.

Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from your experience in the coaching process.

Please note that these appointments are NOT refundable. You may reschedule once and then a rescheduling fee of $37 will be applied thereafter.
