Terms of Agreement
This is an agreement between Sarah Dickson and you, (Client), for coaching services.
Services
The model of coaching I offer is co-active coaching which is founded on interactive participation and collaboration. We will engage in very direct personal and work related conversations. Coaching is not therapy but there may be mentoring and information given, as requested or as deemed appropriate.
Coaching services are not in any way to be construed as, or a replacement for, psychotherapy, legal counsel, or medical advice. You are responsible for creating your own decisions and results. You agree not to hold me, or any company I am affiliated with, liable for any outcomes resulting directly or indirectly from your experience in the coaching process.
I love posting my clients wins on social media! Privacy is huge to me so if you are not ok with this, please let me know asap! Otherwise, you agree to let me use your photo + first name to associate with when posting about your progress/wins on social media.
As your coach, you can expect me to:
1. Keep your information strictly confidential. (Only my administrative team may see my client list and they are also bound to confidentiality.)
2. Be your advocate in designing your life and work as you wish it to be.
3. Provide safety, encouragement and support -- an environment in which you can relax and explore.
4. Be straightforward and to ask you powerful questions.
5. Expand your view of what is possible.
6. Encourage you to commit to moving forward and taking action.
7. Be available to you for brief email communications between meetings.
In service of you getting the most benefits from our coaching relationship, I expect that you will:
1. Come with a strong commitment to coaching, authenticity, and your life & work.
2. Be open to my feedback.
3. Allow me to bring you back to your goals.
4. Keep me honestly informed as to what is and is not working for you.
5. Take ownership for your progress and your accomplishments.
6. Come to each appointment on time.
7. Limit distractions and not be driving when we have call sessions.
8.. Honor all financial agreements. The VA Starter Academy is non refundable.
9. Understand that continuity and commitment is the best way to ensure good results.
10. Understand that if I occasionally make an exception to these agreements, it should not be expected every time.
11. Let me know if you have questions or concerns.

- How do I know this program is right for me?I get it–there are a lot of coaching programs out there. That’s why I always recommend you look at the person running the program (hey, that’s me!) and see how their business matches up with your vision. If you’re ready to ditch your corporate job, have more freedom, and live life on your own terms, then you’re in the right place!
- What kind of services can I offer as a VA?You may surprised by how many of your existing skills are transferrable from past work and personal experience. Many women find the skills they used in corporate allow them to charge higher rates as an expert in that area!
If you don’t feel you have any skills to offer yet, don’t worry, we won’t leave you hanging! The program includes tutorials on everything from social media scheduling to project management, tech, and more. - What type of support is included?Our private Facebook is NOT the kind of group where you get lost in the crowd. We like to keep an intimate space to connect and receive feedback from both myself and other women in the program. We’ll also have weekly coaching calls to answer any questions and provide more hands-on support.
- Is there lifetime access?Yes, absolutely! You can come back to the modules or trainings at any time, and I recommend revisiting some of the worksheets as your business grows.
- Is there a refund policy?Due to the nature of the program and its coworking structure, there are no refunds available.
- When do we start?The next round starts on January 16th, 2023!
